WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, debit and credit cards. (We do charge 3% fee with debit or credit cards).
WINDOW CLEANING
DO I NEED TO MAKE ANY PREPARATIONS FOR MY UPCOMING WINDOW CLEANING APPOINTMENT?
Please make sure all your windows are closed and locked. To make the process smoother, please clear any furniture, curtains, or blinds blocking the windows, and remove fragile items nearby to avoid accidents. If you can’t move large items, don’t worry—we will take care of it, or do our best to work around it.
HOW OFTEN SHOULD I HAVE MY WINDOWS CLEANED?
How often you should clean your windows depends on various factors like where you live, the surrounding environment, and your personal preferences. Typically, it is recommended to clean your windows twice a year to increase the longevity of your windows. However, if you live in a salty area or a place with a lot of airborne dust, you may need to clean them more often.
WHAT ARE YOUR TERMS OF SERVICE?
PUREPRO WINDOW CLEANING is not responsible for any pre-existing damage or conditions, including but not limited to:
- Scratches, scrapes, or other marks on windows, frames, sills, or screens
- Torn, bent, or loose screens
- Oxidized or damaged frames, sills, or screens
- Cracked or broken glass
Please note, general window cleaning does not include removal of the following, though these can be addressed for an additional charge. Speak with your sales representative for more details:
- Excessive hard water staining or mineral deposits (including rust stains)
- Glue, caulk, or adhesive residue
- Paint overspray, splatters, or brush marks
- Mortar, concrete, or other tough debris”
WHAT IS YOUR 7-DAY RAIN GUARANTEE POLICY?
We are committed to providing a high-quality service to our customers, which is why we offer a 7-day rain guarantee. Typically, rainwater is very pure and does not leave spots on windows. However, we understand that heavy storms may cause muck to kick up and leave spots on the glass. If this happens within 7 days of our cleaning, please let us know and we will come back to re-clean the affected window free of charge. Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with our service.

Our gutter cleaning service involves clearing out any debris from inside your gutters and downspouts. This is essential to ensure that water flows smoothly throughout the entire gutter system and to prevent any potential damage from clogs. At PUREPRO Window Cleaning, we go the extra mile by also blowing off your entire roof to prevent any leaves or debris from rolling into your gutters after the cleaning is complete.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I GET MY GUTTERS CLEANED?
Our advice to customers is that the necessary frequency of gutter cleaning depends on the number and variety of trees in their surroundings. Properties with minimal tree coverage may require only one cleaning per year, or possibly every other year. However, we highly recommend scheduling a yearly gutter cleaning to ensure that your roof is inspected at least once annually for any potential issues.
